No probs Oly, I probably should have said "news from Italy is imminent" as It is probably more accurate. I don't really count the announcement of being granted some offshore permits as "action".

Action would be an announcement regarding an expect date for drilling to start. Given that the presentation just indicates drilling in 2010 rather than, say, 2nd qtr 2010, that KEY still have little idea when the Italian authorities will get around to granting approval to drill.
