Anyone care to guess the outcome?
I'm guessing "undisclosed settlement" the amount of which we'll see in the quarterly cash position anyway - combined with a "no more action" covenant.
Entering a trading halt means that the outcome is expected to have a "material" impact on the share price. Let's hope it's in the right direction.
