With respect, i suspect it more relates to getting everything out of the cupboard and putting it out on the lawn for the garage sale.

BB were v helpful in the early days i suspect, but since they had issues that will have turned around. BB would originally have been much more interested in the size of sales (and therefore the size of the associated generation hedge) and constant credit quality, rather than net profit growth. IMO.
If mgt are seeing a switch from industry familiar backers to financially focused ones we may get a better result from a smaller shareholder perspective.
