avo letter to dio shareholders

Now that's an interesting turn last page on the letter (in Bold) to DIO shareholders:
"Avoca urges all Dioro shareholders not to be fooled by Dioro's questionable tactics and to accept Avoca's offer of 1 Avoca share for every 2.4 Avoca shares held."
Hahahaha, they obviously don't even proof read letters they send to DIO shareholders, would this be a "questionable" management effort? Yep, I'm a Dioro shareholder but no, I don't hold Avoca shares and am not intending to.
