As far as the Malaysian contract goes, I'd still be a little guarded about what the Contingent Liability (note 9 to the HY report) might involve:
"The consolidated entity has a possible obligation under the contracts held by the EMT Malaysia group to contribute additional start-up funds in order to increase future revenue potential"
