Sorry, but what is so vague, opaque or complex about being a sub-contractor to a broader solution?

Nothing!

TPID had the contract, they couldnt come up with the funds to start up the contract works, so sold it off to another company.


ETC have been providing the nexcode solution as a sub-contractor and by all reports, have been paid the invoices due.


What is the problem here?

A couple of points:
- the company should have made it clear that we were contracting through another company and not with a government body.

- Saddington is a private company so it is not unusual that information is limited.


Is the relationship between TPID and Saddington all that relevant to ETC? I don't think it is.
