did some quick math......
if you own one million shares now.....
and they do a 20 to 1 reverse split....
you are left with 50 000 shares
the new share offering based on the aquisition is at 20 cents
20 cents times 50 000 shares = 10 thousand bucks....
at .006 times one million = 6 thousand bucks
the share should be trading at 1.1 cents to be equivalent to the 20 cent figure after the 20 to 1 reverse split...
you all follow that?
It appears that this company wanted to go public and it was easier to just merge with us and do that way.......
