Pretty quiet board this one so good to see some new blood appear. This has been a long story but I am pretty upbeat about this mob at this stage. Market cap is under 10 Million and they have some very good agreements in place to date. This recent LOI is a ripper.

The story of the invention is a great one so well worth the read about how this was founded. Always a tough slog getting new inventions to market and imo this is a great time for people to be entering. Directors have been putting funding in the co and there hasn't been a great deal of dilution to date.

Your? comment on the 25 cents I agree with. This is the price the CEO purchased a bundle of the shares at from the Founders wife. This move impressed me greatly - no sweet options deal/ free shares etc which seems to be the norm rather than the exception in remuneration now.

They need some finance at the moment but I think it is a great move to fund the valve separately and get it moving rather than mothballing it until syringe and scalpel sales increase.

Plenty of positives to look forward to.
