It's strange that my account seems to be the only one that shows them.
In all previous rights issues that I have had access to the rights have always been able to be traded from the ex-entitlement date, with the onus on the seller to ensure that they have calculated their entitlement correctly.
In my past experience the first rights trading day is scheduled so that settlement date corresponds with the date the rights are calculated and allocated.
