You may be right with your thoughts on the current situation, however I have a strong feeling that when the rights start trading on the 15th, you will most likely see a totally different trading pattern. As you know the sell side is extremely thin at the moment, I am betting that people will start to buy the rights from the 15th on the anticipation that a good announcement will come out within the next two weeks.

IMO, this will probably be one of the few times that potential buyers will have the opportunity to acquire large parcels of shares at 11c. Considering what we know will be coming out over the next few months, it makes sense to use the rights trading as an opportunity to take a position early. The one thing that I think most people agree with, is KEY's future...........which does look very strong with growth type purchases like the UK deal. Don’t forget if this deal goes through, we will still have almost 7m in the bank!

Whilst talking about the UK deal, I fully agree with your sneaky suspicion that the UK deal is to generate future funding given the KN#1 commercialisation timetable has been put back. However, this is not a recent development IMO, and was alluded to by management during their 08 AGM presentation (refer below for extract ). Key management told us that they were on the acquisition trail, even then.
