Intriguingly, Integra reports that 'Zug, Switzerland-based resources ...investor Pala Investments', owner of 22.51% of Avoca, has gained control of 3.3% of Integra stock. Dioro holds assets in the neighbourhood of Integra's Randalls Project. Pala may have a plan to take over IGR as well as DIO and AVO.
Xstrata is also based in Zug. I cannot find information on whether Xstrata and Pala are connected.
