I didn't post when I found this out because last time I did something strange happened!

Basically ITI limited is the company that owes ARR money. On the ITI intranet there is a spreadsheet; "status of pending bills" and Arasor Technologies is one of the companies listed on this spreadsheet. The most recent spreadsheet "STATUS OF PENDING BILLS DUE TO SUPPLIERS IN IPA AS ON 01.06.2009" has an amount of 86400000 for ARR however the currency is not noted.

From the period of March to April there was a reduction in the amount from 90100000 to 90100000 however after noting this on here towards the end of April the next spreadsheet with the amount owed as at May 1 had increased to 90100000. From the May figure to the June 1 figure this amount has now again decreased to 86400000.

What is going on, who knows? I reported this to the ASX along with a few issues however they didn't really acknowledge this issue and another complaint pretty much referred me to ASIC. Maybe I will have to find the time to report to ASIC however I know they would be slacker and slower to respond than the ASX.

The more we all put into the public domain what we know the more likely it is that the company will have to respond to anything that maybe the truth because if they do not the will be leaving themselves open to further litigation.
