    I just looked at CEU's SP at 12PM..........down 1c


    then I saw there was some announcement..........

    I checked.................

    A substantail announcement


    CP2...................


    then I thought CP2 must be selling...........that would be BAD, BAD news..............

    then i read on...............they have raised their stake from 27% to 28%............

    THAT IS VERY BULLISH.............in the circumstances
