there are a number of factors i think all point to stocks like lei,coa,nlx,bol and not least of which 'nhr' should attract portfolio mgrs attention:
-RBA delays any rise in int rates
-lowest rates for some time
-cpi and inflation within govt guidelines
-housing mkt whilst of the highs is still in demand and good activity from both renovations and infrstructure projects

whilst a numbr of ipos have disappointed for various reasons, some current listed stocks with turn around stories strong track record,financials and mgmt have been to say the least ignored
