You just have no idea!!

Chm had already paid Hartnells apprrox $1m over the last year or so.
Hartnells bill came in at around $1.3m,$300,000 more than already paid, which CHM queried, then Hartnells put a demand notice, which CHM asked to be independently assessed by the courts.
The overall bill I believe then was assessed 12.5% less by the courts, which brought it back to slightly over $1m, but with Hartnells having to pay CHM costs, the final payment was $30 to $50k either way.
