SRR's ramping mate moved on to KAR. They were shortly suspended for 3 days for similar posts made on SRR. They came out of suspension, only to start the same behaviour on ESI and are now in suspension for another 2 days.

That's why we always say, don't invest your hard earned $$ on a tip or ramper, and do your own research.

If the price rises above and beyond what is the normal moving average just before an announcement, then beware. Either there news has already been factored into the price, or the stock is ramped to the hilt.

When SRR failed to "launch" itself into orbit after their announcement, it was clear what had happened. Probably a bit of both of the above.
