As puckeye & jnash pointed out your whole concerns are not really worth worrying about.
In regards to expecting the price to be savaged - have a look and see how hard it has fallen. I am in sub 50, and even with a reduced divi I am still sweet.
If a takeover eventuates great, if not I am just as happy as I can sit back and enjoy a nice yielding stock with plenty of upside in the future.
