you looked lately at how long it has taken tiny little New Zealand to pass mandatory marking? Years. (and not passed and not in process) You are dreaming if you think it is going to become mandatory before DDT runs out of cash. They raised 1.7 before comissions. Then they spent a little on legal fees. Now what is left? Note their historic rate of swallowing cash from operations. The bank bals and the timing of your dream do not add up.
