What would shareholders got if the case could win?
Still nothing for us, but big boys could get all. As agreements in the transferring vote book, big boy can refund all ERG shares. Then ERG have to pay he cash, plus all legal cost debts. So, dose not mater win or loss for us.

We have to pass following assumes to get NSW gov. recover:
a. The court judge ERG win after 10 years. The Big boy seams never win before, as he recently lost two big case after effort for 10 years, even if he was on right side. It’s a confuse case and hard, as ERG did delay.
b. The big boys who controlling everything, likely put money into your hands, without ERG shareholders any efforts. You’ve already seen how they treat you in the assets transferring.
c. After reduce legal cost debt, pay out big boys for refunding shares to ERG, and big boy may holding 80% shares, no much left for small shareholders.
d. The big boys do want to win soon? T-card cancelled created a excuse to transfer all assets to themselves just before peak income time, and they could transfer 95% completed Sydney project to new vender (e.g. Cubic) for cash, bypass all small holders. Also the case set a hope for shareholders, let them depend on the big boys, so gave up the easy case --- Class Action, that against ERG assets receiver, rather than ERG.

What would shareholders got if our Class Action could win?
All completed projects payment and deposit return, include transfer 95% completed Sydney project to new vender, and income from sell globe business, about 200 ~ 500 millions. Lawyer charge $50 millions after win only, as ALL Class Action case. The lawyer will be leader, rather than our group.
