That article says they have to re-finance next month.They have re-financed to July 2010.The sale will help to relieve debt.I would imagine they are concentrating on the NSW side.Interesting development on Hedley at HLG.I think he has been stepping back on the running of HLG.I hold NLG but if I saw more director buying or Hedley or Laundy buying I would see that as positive.Thats something that bugs me that why are they not buying shares.For instance directors at CXH have been buying.
