I can recall a recent example whereby Hillgrove grabbed 80+% of Intermet... if memory serves correctly, ITT was a 20 cent stock at the time. Today, it's thinly traded 4 or 5 cent stock. Forgive me if the numbers are a little wrong... my point being that ITT holders that held on to the bitter end did not do well in that case.
I still hold my BON shares but think I'll take the offer now.
