I was told by John Merity back in March that the selection process was in motion in order to find a JV partner so as not to diminish capital. A decision to be made by the end of financial year. this deadline was put in place by the board. that'll give it 3 weeks. He also said that this was no secret and he wasn't telling me untoward.
