MNF financial are likely to be just smoke & mirrors.

Most of MNF customors have probabley come from symbio.

Its only a bolt-on company to symbio.

With symbio holding more than 60% of MNF they can do whatever they like within (socalled) reason.

MNF have no assets.

MNF have large debt.

No company would takeover MNF without seeing symbio books which would make it very complicated,

MNF growth rate of 100% year on year is very Phishy considering other VOiP companys only grow by 5-10%.
