I doubt SAV would release this news on purpose to get a new major investor, that seems counter productive since over 60% of the company is internally owned.

Pre-open looks good. I wonder if the they will come out with announcement soon to sooth the market over reaction and clarify more detail re- the debt covenants...

Also why would they be buying more if they must have known about lowered profit?
