yes i assume legal costs will go to the account of the loser and the litigation funder for the current stuff but i am talking about the legal fees racked up by chm's first lawyer that have not been paid. i can only assume they have not been paid yet because a deal has been struck that gives them a slice of the win in exchange for waiting. maybe i am wrong but that is the problem with chm - insufficient disclosure.
