Bol has displayed some very good volume on this low and looks to be basing with a double bottom complete with false break.
rsi is also clearly in oversold.
I'm not sure of the fundamentals of BOL but technically it looks like it might be about to move up a little. The last high was .61 so a move back up to that level would be a good trade.
Thoughts appreciated.
