How about D&C stuffed us around for another month & will waste more time in court even though they don't pay.
Coal no deal due to unknown approvals.
But don't hold your breath SRK don't waste money on announcments. They find keeping s/holders informed is waste of time.
Even the slightest announcement would have been handy like we are still trying to get a deal with D&C & have extended the court delay etc.
Come on SRK feed us some info.
