Looks like u3o8 is going to stay under $60 for the rest of this year if the futures market is on the money.
Investors will hopefully begin to take into account the cost of production for this commodity. Near neighbour ags are having a little dispute with their majority jv partner which estimated their costs at $35/lb. Many think that this should be around or sub-$20/lb for an isl operation. This is a cost per pound that cuy should be looking at it seems to me when their production begins, ie. very low.
There are many potential and current producers that have costs in the US$30 range that makes Curnamona look cheap.
As an aside; Havilah (45% owners of cuy) released a routine appendix 3b announcement today. Must have forgotten to mention the EPA approvals which we all hope will come in due course and soon.
