We have been through a cap raising before - in very tough times too - and it did not take this long. No way this is simply a cap raise - there is a bit of extra thrown in. The only reason for the hold up in the current market is that it has to be something worthwhile. In the past - URL has been rather honest about bad news. So again, with the many times I have had to wait for news over the last 3 years with this company - it appears something good is up. Time will tell. It would be best to have the announcement out at the end of a working day to ensure we all have time in the evening to digest what is to be reported such that we are ready for the next day to buy or sell.
