Nice to know what is driving it there is some speculation about possible interest i would say. I have heard that this is the better of property trusts left. Good property long leases just over geared. A bit of money to make the banks happy and its a no brainer.
My guess Stocklands, they have the money and this would be a nice way to enter the industrial commercial market place for them!
