bots playing ping=pong ?

So is this stock stuck in an eternal 16.5 to 17 game of ping-pong? Why?

Someone mentioned instos stabilising the price but I really do not understand what this is all about.

I bought iif on the naive hope of credit starting to flow, the company surviving and a long term decent yield once things returned to "normal".

Now I just feel like a spectator in a game where I don't know the rules.
