Things are staring at yas bros, u shouldave put away the U-leases into a JV at least as soon as PDN announced the start of Malawi operations. More importantly u shouldave been aware of PDN's timing for Malawi start and moved pro-actively ahead of it to have a JV ready for max effect.

looking at the map, ORP seems to have some extensive acreage both sides of PDN's new mine. Shizen, put that fact into the hands of a good global PR man and all capex problems solved !

Instead u have been reactively allowing the rape and pillage of yr shareholders assets here by dilution at ridiculous levels.
