You were the logical person to do it as you have an excellent understanding of CST.
Thanks for the many hours you put into it.
The Discount rate remains a topic of conversation.
Others would use the more savage "usual" rates. My own rate tends to be 10% or higher depending on risk.
However, the risk with CST has diminished greatly already IMHO and I therefore concur with the Bond rate as used by you, to be adjusted with time.
