the latest round of refinancing shows debt reduction and finance confirmed through to 2011,they are keeping their promise, dividends are 15.8%,at todays closing price,paying 70% unfranked,clever ppl at macbank,i doubt the rate of return has ever been higher,or the opportunity to buy at very reasonable prices,with relatively low net gearing and the possibility of asset values stabilising with significant upside,the future looks relatively good for mof,oh for a money tree,i would buy lots more
