    re: Ann: TOV: Gloucester Coal Limited - Panel... They just made 44mill for the quarter with low coal prices.
    They now have 50mill+ in the bank. At that rate a PE of 10 would make it worth 2000mill. That's a share price of $20+. Noble is trying to steal it in the down cycle. I don't want the $6 I want to own the stock.
