RBS Australia 24/04/2009 1 Upgrade to Buy from Hold $0.95 41.8% The broker has increased IBA Health's target from 75c to 95c to reflect a re-rating of the broker's healthcare sector expectations. IBA specifically is de-risking as contract wins roll in. The Lorenzo software is making an impact in the UK. IBA has also raised $124m which the broker assumes will be used to retire debt. The de-risking is enough to prompt an upgrade.
