for all the turds that have been launched at the management and directors of tdo, you would have to think that dls directors could possibly get sued for defamation - ie tdo directors are definitely not acting in the interest of shareholders by not releasing escrowed shares
thats a ridiculously harsh accusation to make - ie all of tdo's directors are in breach of their directors duties.
