    Offer is a direct transfer not a result of shortfall, 20% limit stands, BCS should make it clear how many shares it represents, but that would be informing the market and we can't have that can we!!!

    As far as cash goes just a round robin cheque for MacBank as the second installment goes to them anyway for bridging loan they provided to BCS.
