I am not sure exactly, but beleive the 48mil shares is based .75euros each.....so if it is that the conversion price reflects the sp then the number of shares at the current shareprice would be 7 or 8X that..I was hoping someone who is has been around for a while could confirm.........I suspect PD is the expert around here hopefully he will clarify...

If they take the cash EPG need to find around Aus$60mil..
