Unlikely - at .001c the BCS toll roads would be valued at around $4.5billion, which by my estimations is about double the current market values of roads like Eastlink, Westlink M7, and about the same value as Citylink.

Personally it's hard for me to see how Airport link in Brisbane and the minor road upgrades can be worth $4.5billion when CEU is valued at around $2.3billion. Would you rather have 2 Eastlinks or one Airport link?
And of course to me it's ridiculous BCS can be put in the same league as Citylink which gets 770,000 trips made on it per day. Does Brisbane even have that many working people in the entire city?

The whole problem is that toll road values everywhere have fallen dramatically and in most cases the falls have accelerated in the past few months.
