I don't think its anything wrong with MOF at all. I think it's a good stock, with good upside.

What it comes down to IMO is there are a whole host of REITs on the market that have been oversold (some with less debt than this). The kind of investor who is buying REITs at the moment is looking for the best possible upside. In my view , even though i hold MOF i have downsized my holding in MOF to switch funds to other 'even better' value REITs instead.

(just wish i had more cash... to take better opportunity!)
