I cant blame him for doing the deal, he tried his best to help the other holders but realized the installment structure would still be in place even if Brisc was wound up. Very difficult position for him to be in to find his main avenue was still going to leave everyone stuffed.

None of us would know what it was like to face that legal battle for 3 weeks, maybe he had enough and couldnt face any more and wanted out. (although he still has the units, so who knows what he is going to do with those)
