click on court events and orders. it shows the next hearing date as 05-05-09.

interesting that there's no result from what happened on 07-04-09.

the only way that could have happened to my knowledge is if both parties consented to an adjournment before the 7th. if only one party requested it and the other didnt agree, then they would have had to make that request in court on the 7th and the result would have been displayed on the website.

i dont know this for sure, but making an educated guess.
