Well, MAYBE it is now. lol.
Volume is low so I still consider a bullish outcome inconclusive, but there have been bot buys all day, and as seen on the 3 month chart below, for the last three days it has managed to chew though a 10 day resistance of 15c.
Anyway I think is is worth a punt on the chance someone is planning an attack on 16c, so I have another buy in for 63k at 15.5.
