If it was directors selling and bad news eventuates...
Then they are leaving themselves wide open for "insider trading" investigations!
What has transpired of late cannot simply be described as normal selling behaviour...if you ask me, it's been more like a stampede for the door before it shuts!
Until it settles and news comes out, it's not even worth a trade in my opinion, as a trading halt could be called at any moment.
