The buyers are waiting at 14/14.5 cents . With all the recent sell pressure from multiple holders, I can't imagine they would be trade props trying to coax a run .
There'll either be a leak or actual news that will drive it through 20 cents, or buyers will start to feel angst that sellers aren't meeting them at lower prices .
