Can I just say that I went to the court yesterday and MMX has misrepresented what actually happened.

Walking out of the court room it was clear to me that Grimaldi, Barnes and MMX are in deep trouble because they are struggling to respond to evidence that was filed last week.

Throughout the proceeding Justice Jacobson was pushing for the case to start on Monday (and for a while there I though it was) until Justice Jacobson conceeded that the evidence is so damaging that (in the interests of justice and fairness)the dates should be vacated and the respondants given more time to prepare.

Can I also state that the biggest revelation for me was when MMX's barrister conceeded that they have no evidence to present and that their whole case relies on the evidence and testimonies of Grimaldi and Barnes.

Whilst you can never predict an outcome of a court case, yesterday's hearing was not a win for MMX and the other respondants.
