Attain funding/jv/drilling permits/clearance/mobilize drill rig/drill the thing/wait for results/analyse/seismic/if good obtain license to develop...etc..etc.etc.etc.etc.etc
Get the idea.
The only thing that can save Key is Tanzania...

If they don't develop or expand on discovery then you will be waiting a lifetime for progress.
