whay are you saying they will only pay $1.35 per share if you have previously said the cash backing is $1.50 per share, with no value for the business. Is it not true that Ernst Young have estimated the business as being worth $2+ per share on a non contolling basis and 43+ per share on a controlling basis?
please explain?
