I have enormous respect for Keith. I think he is a very right and proper person, which is rare in junior companies these days, and I do not think there is a devious or malacious thought in his mind. I think he is an excellent geologist and a very good lateral thinker. I am also absolutely confident that he has the best interests of the shareholders of TMX in mind at all times. I am comfortable being in TMX with Keith at the helm.

So why do I chide Keith in my posts. Simply because I think he could be a lot more active at the corporate level and I would like to see this. As you pointed out, its one thing being the world's best geologist (actually that title goes to Roy Woodall) its quite another running a junior public company. I have run two Canadian public companies and I fully appreciate the position that Keith is in. I know what needs to be done for TMX and I am not seeing it happen.

Bottom line, if push comes to shove, and chips are down, I will side with Keith 100%.
